We are working with Lyte to provide fans safe ticket exchanges. The exchange prices are based on demand.
Keep in mind, Lyte is a service and there is a cost associated with providing it. Any variance in ticket prices allows Lyte to maintain functionality so that the can offer SAFE ticket exchanges for fans. More info on pricing can be found here.
The official WE Fest Fan-To-Fan Exchange matches sellers with buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. Request the ticket you’re looking for and lock in the price with a credit card. Once Lyte gets a ticket you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees. View or cancel your request at any time before it is filled. Tickets will be delivered to you by the official ticketing platform.
Yes! The Pit Pass is an add-on experience. You need a concert ticket as well. You can purchase any type of concert ticket to use with a Pit Pass; GA, Reserved or VIP.
Given the demand of 3-day passes, we don’t know if we’ll have any single-day tickets to offer this year. Also, keep in mind that single day tickets are always more expensive than 3-day passes purchased in advance.
You can return your tickets on the fan exchange.
Our partner, Lyte will make you an offer on the spot—sometimes more and sometimes less than you paid, depending on demand for tickets. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price.
You will be paid within 1 business day after the event.
If you want to give your friend your ticket, make sure they registers the wristband in their own name while activating it. If not and the wristband gets lost, there is no way to replace it – they would have to pay full price for a ticket since we have no way of tracking the order to their name.
All transfers of tickets must be done by the owner of the ticket. WE Fest WILL NOT arrange any transfers on your behalf. We cannot and will not transfer the ticket or credential into another person’s name.
Yes – the standard layaway plan that is an option at check out will not be available after January. However, we do have Ticket Payment Plans available through the WE Fest Box Office. All plans must be paid off by April 15th. Call us to make arrangements:

WE Fest welcomes and supports the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT tolerate misrepresenting pets service animals.
Service Animal Definition: A ‘service animal’ means “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability. Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at WE Fest.
Service Animal Policies:
For our guests with disabilities who bring their service animal to WE Fest, we ask that you review and follow the policies outlined below:
Service Animal Procedures:
All guests with disabilities attending WE Fest with a service animal will need to have that animal credentialed by WE Fest staff before entering the main gate. This process will be performed quickly and respectfully by our Accessibility Staff.
At the entrance gate let staff know you need your service animal credentialed. The accessibility team will be called over to verify your service animal, record your contact information, and provide a collar tag for your service animal. Security/Staff will check for all animals to have a properly credentialed WE Fest collar tag every time they enter the venue.
Remember, Service Animals are allowed, all other dogs are NOT!
