Register and Activate Your Wristband

• Your WE Fest wristband is your admission ticket. This will get you through the gate.
• Protect your investment and register your wristband right away.
• Sign up for cashless when you register! This will give you the ability to purchase festival items with your wristband! You can securely link any credit/debit cards to your wristband. Processing purchases with the RFID wristband is much faster than a credit card, this makes the lines go faster. We’ve added some RFID only lanes this year to patrons using credit cards don’t slow down the lines as much. 
• Read the information carefully when you link your credit card. This is where you can select to ROUND UP your purchase to the next dollar for a donation to local charities. This year, KLN is working with  two great organization The Spot and BioGirls. Your extra coins really add up and will make a difference to these great organizations. 

Please read the following information carefully:

STEP ONE:

CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR WRISTBAND.

• Locate your activation/registration 8-digit code on the inside of the wristband.
• Enter your 8-digit Item ID located on your wristband.
• Click on “Let’s Get Started!”
• Follow the prompts to register.

STEP TWO:

Once you’ve registered your wristband, you will be presented with a link to register for Cashless Payment online. This link will also be presented in wristband registration confirmation email you receive from Front Gate Tickets.

To activate Cashless Payment at any time, simply go to billfold.app to securely register your credit card for easy payments before arriving (if you received your band by mail) or on arrival (if picked up at Will-Call) via your Mobile Device. If preferred, you may fully register your wristband for payments using a physical terminal at the Wristband Activation Tents located in the East Village, East Gate, or Customer Service Booth inside the concert bowl. (Side note: these are also useful for swapping out whatever credit card you may have started with.)

Loading Your Wristband with Cash? Perfect. Find an RFID CASHIER inside the concert bowl to load your cash onto your wristband for payments. Unused cash may be reimbursed [during the event only] via the RFID Cashiers. 

**CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ANY VENDORS THIS YEAR**

If you put cash on your RFID wristband instead of linking a credit card or bank account, you can get your unspent cash back. Best option: Before 11 pm, go back to the tent where you loaded the cash on to your wristband. The staff will assist you.  Plan B: Last chance for reimbursement is on Sunday from 9 am – 12 pm. Go to the Ranch House for assistance.
