Attention WE Fest campers!! 🏕️🤠 A few important reminders to help you have a safe and smooth camping experience at the ranch.
Campground Check-In:
📍 Monday, Aug 3: Campgrounds closed
📍 Tuesday, Aug 4, 10 AM–10 PM: All Early Access Camping begins!
📍 Wed, Aug 5–Sat, Aug 8, 10 AM–10 PM: All campers welcome
Early Access Pass holders can start lining up on the roads Monday, Aug 3 at noon. No earlier.
No overnight camping before Tuesday. Tollbooths close at 10 PM, no late entry.
Save this so you're not the one holding up the line. 👀 See you at the ranch.

🤠 WE FEST 2026 — KNOW BEFORE YOU GO 🤠
Here's what you need to have the smoothest weekend on the Ranch:
🎒 Bag check: only clear bags allowed if bigger than 4.5"x6.5" (max 12"x6"x12"). Fanny packs & clutches are your best friend.
💳 Cashless festival: load your wristband and tap to pay all weekend.
🧴 Pack it: sunscreen, bug spray, rain gear, lawn chairs & blankets — the bowl is outdoors, rain or shine.
🚫 Leave it home: coolers, glass, outside food/drinks, weapons of any kind, and drones... security will hold onto them for good
🔥 Camping? Bring your own fire ring. No outside wood, grab some at the tollbooth, and follow DNR guidelines
💙 Theme days: Stars & Stripes Wed, Red Thurs, White Fri, Blue for Sat to honor our military & first responders
♻️ Ranch Hands Recycle Crew: Grab a special trash bag from the toll booth at your campground, fill it with empty cans and get a voucher for a FREE festival t-shirt.
