ONLY laminates for seats (VIP or Reserved) will be mailed. Your WE Fest 2019 tickets will be sent via Digital Print Pass. A Digital Print Pass means you will receive one (1) email per ticket which contains a bar-code. You will print this pass and bring it with you to (you may also present the pass on your phone!) Then, our tollbooth attendants will exchange your pass for a festival wristband that you will wear for the duration of the festival. Digital Print Passes will be sent via email in mid-July. Yes, you will have a wristband that must be worn all weekend that will allow you to leave and re-enter. We are not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. You will be subject to gate searches each time you re-enter the concert bowl.
Depending on availability, yes we will sell tickets at the box office for a higher price.
If you are giving away your ticket, you will need to forward the buyer the tickets when you receive them. WE Fest WILL NOT arrange any transfers on your behalf. We cannot and will not transfer the ticket into another person’s name.
No, the original purchaser must pick up any orders held at will call, with valid photo ID. WE Fest cannot change any names on orders after they have been purchased.
We highly suggest only buying a ticket from the official WE Fest website to guarantee that your admission is valid. We cannot confirm that a purchase from a second-hand buyer is valid.
WE Fest WILL NOT transfer tickets into someone else’s name. If you are giving away your ticket, you will need to email the buyer the tickets when you receive them. WE Fest WILL NOT arrange any transfers on your behalf.

If your child is 10 years old or under, then he/she is free into the general admission areas and campgrounds. If they are 11 years old and older, then they will need a full priced admission ticket.
- Every person entering any seating areas and/or the VIP hospitality area will need a ticket regardless of age.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking is not included with any tickets. If your order does not include a separate parking ticket, you do not have parking.

Refund/Replacement Policy: Stolen or lost tickets will not be replaced. Treat all tickets like cash. Please call the ticket office before arriving to the festival. Replacement wristbands on-site will be $30.
After placing your order: After clicking the submit button, please be patient as it may take a few minutes to process. The cards accepted are MasterCard, Discover, VISA and AmericanExpress. VISA and MasterCard Check cards have daily limits; please check with your bank before making a purchase over $300.

Tickets will be print at home, and will be available to print mid-July. When you arrive to the festival, your admission ticket print-out will be exchanged for a wristband. Do not lose your wristband! Replacement wristbands are available for $30.
