About Soo Pass Ranch

Soo Pass Ranch has extensive festival grounds that accommodate up to 50,000 people, including 7,000 reserved seats, and multiple campgrounds. Fully developed as a concert venue, the Soo Pass Ranch has a permanent stage and backstage compound, catering and production facilities including permanent sound towers and mix station. The concert bowl also contains 50+ concession stands, and locations for dozens of additional portable concessions. WE Fest invested heavily in developing the concert site, including bringing city sewer and water lines to the ranch, which allows for running water, and permanent rest rooms in the concert bowl.

Situated on the shores of Lake Sallie, and in the meadows and woods surrounding the concert bowl, the Soo Pass Ranch campgrounds are easily accessed through pedestrian underpasses beneath the two highways that flank the concert bowl. The campgrounds are well groomed, with lighting and permanent shower houses. There are multiple lane entrances to each campground, which allows for faster ingress for camping vehicles at major events.

All campers may park one vehicle within their campsite space. If a vehicle won’t fit or you have more than one, you need to purchase Hilltop Overflow Parking passes for those vehicles.

Day Parking

Location: Corner of Cty Hwy 22 and 130th St.

There is a shuttle service to and from Day Parking during concert hours. The Day Parking lot closes at 2am, no overnight parking is allowed. Parking passes are sold onsite at the event and based on availability. After 2am, cars will be towed at owner’s expenses.

VIP and ADA Parking

Location: Cty Hwy 22 next to the Soo Pass Ranch East Gate.

This parking area is conveniently located near the East Gate entrance. An ADA shuttle service is available. These lots close at 2am, no overnight parking is allowed. Parking passes are sold onsite at the event and based on availability. After 2am, cars will be towed at owner’s expenses.

Hilltop Overflow Parking

Location: Near the tollbooth at Hilltop Campground

The Hilltop Overflow Parking is available for extra vehicles brought to the event that you do not need or won’t fit within your campsite space. This pass allows for parking your extra vehicle(s) in the parking area of the Hilltop Campground near the tollbooth. Once parked, these vehicles can NOT come and go. No camping is allowed in this lot and it will be patrolled by security. WE Fest offers “on call” shuttle service for those camped in Lake Sallie, Northwoods and Oatfield.

Overnight Parking

IMPORTANT: The ONLY overnight parking lot at Soo Pass Ranch is Hilltop Overflow Parking. All other lots including Day Parking, VIP Parking, ADA parking are not.  Cars must be removed from those lots by 2 am. Towing begins at 2 am.

Vehicles can come and go in all parking lots except the Hilltop Overflow Parking. If you leave the Hilltop Overflow parking lot, you can not return without purchasing a new parking spot.
