What is allowed and not allowed in the campgrounds?

Very Important: Be like Johnny Cash, "Don't Take Your Guns to Town WE Fest" Firearms and weapons of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited everywhere at Soo Pass Ranch including all campgrounds, the Ranch House, and concert areas. Security personnel, metal detectors, and detection dogs will be active on the grounds, combined with thorough searches of patrons and their vehicles. Any infraction will involve Law Enforcement and removal from the festival without a refund.

Is there WE Fest parking in Detroit Lakes?

Yes! FREE Day Parking at the Fairgrounds. And there is a Detroit Lakes to WE Fest Shuttle.

Shuttle Bus Service from DL Fairgrounds (1310 Rossman Ave, Detroit Lakes,) to the WE Fest West Gate
12noon-2am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Shuttle ride cost $25 for 3-day unlimited pass. 1-Day Unlimited Ride Pass $10.00

Can I bring my pet?

Pets need to stay home. Only service animals with proper identification are allow at Soo Pass Ranch.

Can I bring a lawn chair into the concert?

What size bag can I bring into the concert bowl?

Bags larger than 4.5” x 6.5” must be clear with only one compartment. No bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed. Small, single pocket fanny packs or clutch/wristlet work great!

I bought a Pit Pass. Do I also need a concert ticket?

Yes! The Pit Pass is an add-on experience. You need a concert ticket as well. You can purchase any type of concert ticket to use with a Pit Pass; GA, Reserved or VIP.

Where can I rent a camper?

We suggest Outlet Recreation, Leisureland RV and Wolds Rv. But act fast - they go quickly.

Is there access to Lake Sallie to go paddle boarding/kayaking?

Yes we do have a small access area but we prefer you go to the public access areas as we do not have anyone monitoring the water for safety.

Question 10

Is there a beach at Lake Sallie?

The campground is lakeside but there is no public beach.  We prefer you go to one of the areas beautiful public beach - Detroit Lake and Lake Sallie both have public beaches.
