Our Staff Are Like Family

Every year, it takes hundreds of people to bring WE Fest to life, and we’ve officially opened applications for the 2026 team.

We like to say WE Fest is where friends feel like family, and that applies to staff more than anyone else. Some of my favorite moments are far away from the stage—they’re the early mornings and the laughs shared behind the scenes with the crew who make it all happen.

I love the couple weeks before the festival – the build – which leads into all the familiar faces arriving on-site. It truly feels like a big family reunion, all here to put on a show that tens of thousands enjoy every year. The spirit is alive and well at Soo Pass Ranch. Some staff have been coming back for decades, others are new to the WE Fest family, but all are part of the fabric of the festival.

Every position is critical in making the week come together. Whether you’re helping guests at the gate, setting up campgrounds, or working behind the scenes, you’re part of a team that shows up for each other.

There are some great perks—free camping and parking, and a buddy ticket program so you can bring a friend to the show when you’re not working—but what people really take with them are the relationships and the experience. It’s a chance to see the festival from the inside out, to be part of something bigger than yourself, and to create memories you’ll talk about for years.
