Camping

To fully experience WE Fest, you gotta camp.

WE Fest is legendary for having the best campgrounds (and parties). Soo Pass Ranch has 400 acres with a variety of campgrounds to match the needs of all campers. All campgrounds have FREE onsite showers and bathroom, and access to water. Each person in the campground must have a Camp Access wristband in addition to their WE Fest admission ticket.

There are two options for your campsite setup:

STANDARD CAMPSITES

Standard Campsites are available in VIP, Lake Sallie, Northwoods, Oatfield, Blue Ox, and Viking campgrounds.

Campsite Placement & Conduct

Our campground team works hard to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Campsites are assigned at the discretion of staff, and we ask that all guests kindly respect their guidance. To keep WE Fest fun for everyone, inappropriate behavior or refusal to follow staff directions may result in removal from the grounds without a refund. Let’s work together to keep the campground a welcoming place for all!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Northwoods allow only smaller RVs and campers. The maximum length is 30 ft. No exceptions. If your rig is longer than 30 ft, you will be assigned to a different campground based on availability.

  • Campsites are assigned upon arrival.
  • Campsites vary in length and width on natural terrain. Most measure 1,000 sq. ft.
  • Camping setup must fit entirely within the campsite. RVs and campers over 40’ require the purchase of two Standard Campsites.
  • Each campsite allows one steering mechanism and one sleeping unit. (An RV counts as both.)
  • Generators are allowed, but quiet hours are enforced. This includes usage for CPAP machines unless a doctor’s note is provided.
  • Walking distance to the concert bowl varies by location, ranging from 5–30 minutes.
  • Campsite purchase does not include Camp Access passes. Each individual must have both a Camp Access pass and a festival admission ticket, sold separately.
  • Accessible Camping requires a government-issued placard or handicap license plates.
  • This is primarily an 18+ festival. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

VERY IMPORTANT: If your RV or vehicle is more than 40’ long you need to purchase TWO campsites. If you arrive with a RV or vehicle larger than 40′ and didn’t purchase two campsites, we will try to accommodate you. You will need to purchase an additional site, if available. You may need to be placed in a different campground if an additional space is not available in the campground you purchased.

CAMPSITES WITH ELECTRIC HOOK-UP ACCESS
