Campground Check-in Tollbooths 

Lake Sallie, Northwoods, Blue Ox, Viking, & Oatfield.

The camping tollbooth is the check-in point for campers entering their campground. At the tollbooth, guests may also purchase General Admission concert tickets and Camp Access wristbands (while supplies last). Please note: WILL CALL tickets are not available at tollbooths and must be picked up at the Outpost Box Office Will Call window.

Firewood, bags of ice, and bottled water are available to purchase at the tollbooth.

Firearms, weapons and ammunition of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited everywhere at Soo Pass Ranch including all campgrounds, the Ranch House, and concert areas. Security personnel, metal detectors, and detection dogs will be active on the grounds, combined with thorough searches of patrons and their vehicles. Any infraction will involve Law Enforcement and removal from the festival without a refund.

The Basic 411 for the Campgrounds

We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience, so please take a moment to review the key campground guidelines before you arrive.

Security & Entry

• Expect all vehicles and campers to be searched each time you enter Soo Pass Ranch. This takes time, so pack your patience—and maybe queue up a good playlist to enjoy while you wait.

• Weapons and prohibited items are strictly forbidden. If you arrive with them, you will be turned away.

Early Arrival

• Early Access camping passes are available for both General and VIP campgrounds if you’d like to come before general camping begins. These passes are highly recommended!

What You Need to Camp
To camp at WE Fest, each person must have:

1. A Camp Access Pass Wristband

2. A Festival Ticket (VIP, Reserved Seating, or General Admission)

Campsite Guidelines

• Everything you bring must fit within your designated campsite space.

• Each site allows one vehicle. An RV with a steering unit counts as your vehicle.

• If you want electrical hookup access, you must purchase an electric-specific campsite and bring your own extension cords.

• Want to camp next to friends? Let your campground manager know. They’ll do their best, but placement is first come, first served.

• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times. Excessive noise is never allowed, especially after 2:00 AM.

 

Lost & Found

Lost and found is located at the Customer Service on the west side of the concert bowl during festival hours.  On Sunday, August 9, it will be located inside the Ranch House from 10 am-1 pm.
