GENERAL FESTIVAL POLICIES
Everyone attending WE Fest does so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by the owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with this event. WE Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, theft, loss or damage of personal property or personal injury.
- No refunds, no exchanges – no exceptions.
- The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given for any temporary evacuation.
- No pets.
- No guns or any weapons allowed onsite, this includes pocket knives. Items will be confiscated and not returned.
- No cruising in the campgrounds.
- No outside food or drink permitted into the festival grounds.
- Festival wristband, camping/parking decals must be in sight at all times. Failure to do so could result in removal from the property or towing at owner’s expense.
- Wristbands & camping/parking decals void if tampered with or removed.
- Line up/set times subject to change without notice.
- Everyone is subject to search upon entry.
- There is no overnight parking at any parking lot. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
- All items are subject to availability and prices can change without notice.
- Upon entering the venue, you accept your likeness (pictures/videos) may be used as promotional material used by WE Fest
SECURITY SCREENING
For the security of everyone at WE Fest, all people and vehicles on festival grounds are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry, at both the campgrounds and venue. This may include a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.
SMALL BAG POLICY: All bags will be searched before entry
- Bags will be restricted to small purses and draw string bags and may not exceed 14″ x 11″ x 5″ (35cm x 28cm x 12cm).
- Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.
- Camelbaks and hydration packs are allowed but must be empty and have only one additional pocket.
We recommend a cinch bag or single-pocket fanny-pack.
Any person who refuses to follow security policies will be refused entry to the event.
EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Ticket holders are able to come and go into the bowl as they please but will go through the security screening EVERY TIME they enter the venue.
DRINKING POLICY
If you plan on drinking at WE Fest, you must be over 21 and wearing an over 21 wristband at all times, including the campgrounds. Security will be doing ID checks in the campgrounds on Tuesday and Wednesday prior to the festival grounds opening. Once the festival grounds open, stop at any ID Check tent to get your wristband (see map for ID check locations). You must do this prior to visiting a bar, there will be no wristbands given out at the bars.
ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS IN THE CONCERT VENUE
Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned. A violation of festival rules or policies could result in immediate removal from festival grounds and loss of wristband and parking pass.

TICKET POLICIES
- DO NOT purchase from any website that is not our verified ticket selling website, Frongate Tickets. WE Fest reserves the right to deny access to any guest caught using a fraudulent ticket bought from a third-party.
- All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
- Do not remove your wristband unless you are not returning to the festival or the campgrounds for the remainder of the weekend. Replacement wristbands are $30.
- This is an all ages event, children ages 10 and under will be admitted free to general admission festival areas and campgrounds. All ages must have a ticket to enter the VIP, Reserved, and Reserved Lawn Chair seating areas in addition to the VIP Hospitality area.
- Anyone on the festival grounds without the proper ticket or wristband is subject to fines up to $1,000 for trespassing.
CAMPING POLICIES
- Camp access is sold per person. Anyone that wishes to enter or stay in the campgrounds must have an admission ticket with camp access.
- One vehicle (steering mechanism) and one sleeping unit are permitted per each campsite purchased. Driveable RVs are considered both the vehicle and sleeping unit.
- Every guest wanting to camp or enter the campgrounds MUST purchase a weekend admission ticket that includes campground access.
- There are a limited number of campsites in Lake Sallie, Northwoods, Blue Ox, and VIP that have electric hook ups. All other sites are primitive and have no electrical hook ups. You must purchase an electric specific campsite to use the electric sites.
- No campsites will be assigned until you have arrived at the grounds and scan your ticket for campground entry. You will be assigned a site in the order that you enter the campground.
- You cannot “save” a campsite for other campers. If you want to camp in a group you MUST arrive together. Plan accordingly.
- Quiet hours begin at 2:00 AM.
Sites are 25×40. If your vehicle or sleeping unit exceeds 40 feet you must purchase two campsites.
