About The Festival:
The WE Fest amphitheater is on the Soo Pass Ranch, 4 miles south of Detroit Lakes Minnesota on MN Highway 59. Click here to see our directions page for a map and more details.
Yes, we have showers available to all campers. We have permanent shower houses located in VIP, Northwoods & Viking (Blue Ox shares with Viking). We have portable shower houses in Lake Sallie and Oatfield. We do not charge for showers.
Yes, most festival vendors will accept both cash and credit cards, including merchandise and food and beverage vendors. Parking is cash only. There will be ATMs throughout the grounds.
During the event the Lost & Found is located inside the venue at the ticket renewal and info booth. We keep inventory of what has been found, as well as a contact list for those missing items. Any items that are confiscated by security will not be returned.
All items are returned to our Guest Services team and held for two weeks after the festival. Please call 1-800-493-3378 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your item has been returned.
There are towers on-site for better cell phone reception. However, reception is still limited in some areas due to the influx of people.

We offer weekend, VIP, and accessible parking for the festival. The pricing listed on our ticketing website is for all three days. Single day parking and pricing can only be purchased at the show, if space is still available.

There will be 24-hour security, Becker County Sheriff and EMTs on-site. In the event of an emergency; find a staff member with a radio, go to an information tent, medical tent, or tell one of the security officers. In the event of a life-threatening emergency please call 911. There will be a towing company and locksmith company on site, information will be available during the event for these services.
Small cameras will be allowed in the venue area. Professional cameras and video cameras will NOT be allowed. This includes any camera with a detachable lens.
Yes. However, beach chairs will NOT be allowed into the concert venue. Please bring lawn chairs only.
No pets. Please let your pets at home. They are not allowed in the venue or camping areas. Service animals will be permitted with proper paperwork and registration. For more information on bringing a service animal to the event, please visit our accessibility page here.
Yes, you will have a wristband that must be worn all weekend that will allow you to leave and re-enter. We are not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. You will be subject to gate searches each time you re-enter the concert bowl.
