Working at WE Fest is fun and full of friendly faces. We love our local staff that come back year after year! If you have worked at WE Fest in the past, come back this summer! If you haven’t worked at WE Fest, check out our jobs and join our team!
- All employees receive a music wristband to keep enjoying the event when they aren’t working.
- Free parking & free camping!
- Work with your friends – “work buddies” can request to work the same shifts.
- We have jobs that start the weekend before, during, and after the festival.
- The pay rate is dependent upon experience.
- Jobs available include general event, camping, cleanup, gates, sanitation, ushers, and more!
