Accessibility FAQ

About Accessibility:

Q: Do you allow service animals?
A:

Service animals are allowed with proper identification. Pets are not allowed.  Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and therefore are not allowed.  Service animals must be under the control and supervision of their handler at all times. For full procedure on registering your service animal, visit our accessibility page here.

Q: Is there handicapped parking?
A:

Absolutely! We offer an accessible parking pass for those with a government-issued ADA placard or license plate. Accessible parking is located outside of the East Gate. Parking can be purchased online or at the festival, based on availability.

Q: Is the festival accessible for those with handicaps?
A:

Yes, we do have ADA accommodations with a reserved section near section 102 of the Reserved Lawn Chairs. There are also a limited number of Reserved Lawn Chair seats and VIP seats designated as Accessible. Please bear in mind that the event is in an open grass field with a little terrain. So, it is not easily accessible for some with handicaps. For more information about our accessibility policies, please visit our accessibility page here. If you have specific questions, please email accessibility@wefest.com.

Q: Do you have handicap-accessible camping?
A:

There will be a designated parking/camping area for people with special accessibility needs. We offer accessible campsites, including electrical sites, in Lake Sallie and Northwoods. You must have an official handicapped parking placard or plate for your vehicle if you need to use this area. There will also be accessible restroom facilities. There are no stairs or other barriers to entering the concert grounds, so they will be entirely accessible. There will be a wheelchair accessible space inside the concert area where handicapped are allowed to enter one-half hour earlier than general admission.
