Camping units are to be no longer than 40 feet, and all camping placement locations are to be determined by WE Fest in a designated camping area. If a vendor is found to be sharing booth space with another vendor, the additional vendor(s) will be charged the full amount of the booth fee, or risk both parties’ expulsion from the festival. Vendor is only permitted to vend, sell, and promote out of allotted vendor space provided. All vendors are required to be open during the times listed below. Due to the music schedule, many will stay open later. Vending schedule is subject to change.
